Mr Laxalt is correct about the USA but lets not forget that we in the United Kingdom are also doing it. Time for nuclear energy, and fracking and that way we can stick two fingers up at Putin and his blood oil as every barrel bought pays for his war crimes, and the murder of innocent people.
