Checking the statistics on my blog has become a daily habit. I check both at the beginning of the day, and the end of the day and today’s figure has given the biggest smile of all….
Compared to this time last year, the blog stands at 156% increase in traffic and visitors and also it is now seen in 108 countries.
As you can imagine this is a huge increase and attaining 156% in just over 2/3rds of this year, compared to a 12 month total really gives me a buzz, and the desire to keep going.
I have been contacted by some companies to write an article on them and what they do…the human angle rather than the corporate one, and I will add this to my blog with a link to their website once they are happy with the write up.
My style is to chat over the phone first and get a feel of the company, then visit and speak to all whether it is the CEO or cleaner….everyone is important in a company and it gives it a rounded view.
I also add video and or a taped conversation taken with permission to highlight the great things a company does. I also, with permission from the company speak to their customers to get feedback.
As a qualified customer service trainer, I have a wealth of experience in this.
Companies and potential clients really like this way of finding out about a company, and it gives it the human touch as it is actual quotes and what better way to celebrate your awesome company.
