I am with Ben….

MP Ben Bradley has refused to take part in the “unconscious bias training” that seems to be the latest woke rubbish.

It is a waste of tax payers money and what the hell has a blue cookie type monster got to do with training? Could it be just an excuse to make some money? Unconscious training is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and who the hell thought that up?

Of course Sir Keir Sitting on the Fence Starmer has signed up the Labour party…(must be great when you can just sign away and the taxpayers pick it up), but funny how he managed to do nothing for the 5 years he was a senior member of the anti semetic Corbyn’s shadow bench. Does he really take us for fools? This is just him trying to appeal to the woke generation, whereas in reality the normal population agree with Ben Bradley.

Ben Bradley, a vice-chairman of the party under Theresa May, lashed out at a 'metropolitan ''groupthink'' that is intolerant to any diversity of views' and said he would not take part

Its not training but an afternoon spent with a poor man’s version of sesame street, and not as enjoyable.

Have these idiotic MPs not realised that they are fuelling the fire of the permanently offended who are just permanently offended by anything and everything, and it is infact the offended who need the training.

I read the most outrageous racial slurs from one young black lady against a black man on Twitter and all because he votes Conservative. If I had said those nasty, disgusting and racist words I would expect a knock on the door by PC Plod but the WOKE brigade think that anyone is fair game….and no one seems to want to stop them, infact Starmer seems to blame anyone but….

Why doesn’t Starmer get off his fence and actually go out and meet real people without taking the knee in a publicised event that backfired, or spending the afternoon with the bloody cookie monster and find out who are the victims of this racial abuse….as trust me it is not only black people who are suffering.

However, he won’t as he is virtual signalling as he thinks that will get him votes…and it won’t as white people are fed up of being told we are racist when we are not…..but that is not good enough for the virtual signallers.

Again, I am with Ben Bradshaw as I certainly do not some virtual signaller telling me I am racist due to being white, as that is racist in itself and unlike most of those screaming, shouting and rioting I was brought up with manners and respect my elders, and maybe if they had been brought up the right way they would know this.

Respect of people who are different begins at home and sadly those who are offended now will be breeding the next generation and it will just carry on with their perceived injustices….and a bloody blue puppet is only adding to that.

Stand by your principles Ben and tell the virtual signallers to stop as they are causing more harm than good, and it won’t get them elected anymore than the terrorist supporting anti semite did.

Are we going back into Lockdown?

The rule of 6 has come in….sounds rather like a Sherlock Holmes mystery but without the fun…..

Of course lots and lots of people are upset about this especially as if like me you have a family who are 5 in separate household than the 3 we have in, plus my mother. Thankfully my daughter is understanding and will still drop off the children so long as it is safe to do so without breaking the law.

My own mother surprised me as she said she is not going to do it again as she is almost 80 and it is true what she says at her age she cannot afford to keep missing months of her great grandchildren. I think we are just going to have to adjust to this dreadful virus being here and sometimes I feel the way the older generation is being talked about makes them feel a burden, when they are quite often they are voice of reason.

Anyway, back to the original heading. Are we heading back into lockdown again? Of course the Government cannot afford to lock this country down totally as this will bankrupt us, but they need to find a better way of doing it as the drinks and eating job roles are disappearing at an enormous rate, and this is affecting our young people more than any other.

The Government is now toying with the idea of a curfew or a lockdown of pubs again. Now from a selfish point of view neither of those bother me as Mr Points of Sue and I are normally at home from tea time anyway, and we don’t go anywhere but I should imagine those who rely on customers must be pulling their hair out as to what is going to happen and how long will it last.

It is not fair to throw these ideas out there. What should happen is that restrictions are brought in where the areas of the R Rate are continuing to rise, and just watch those who could be tipped. Boris needs to get a grip.

The 'Rule of Six' imposed by Boris Johnson (pictured today at PMQs) on Monday makes it illegal to have larger gatherings, although in Scotland and Wales children under 12 do not need to be counted in the numbers

he needs to sack Matt Hancock as he is the Private Pike of the Government and his words have fallen on deaf ears as he has not delivered that what he promised, and in effect has made it a whole lot worse by being so incompetent.

Health Secretary Matt Hancock was repeatedly pressed on the 'unfair and inflexible' Covid restrictions as he made a statement in the Commons yesterday
Matt Hancock.

Now I do not know what is worse, having Private Pike at the helm or Baroness Dido Harding who has no knowledge of the health system and having worked with her at Talk Talk, she has no knowledge of technical equipment either and it is a recipe for disaster…..and we know that because it is here and the testing is being run so badly. Boris needs to get rid of Hancock and the Quango run by Harding as both are not fit for the office they are running.

The rate of infections is now at over 3,000 a day and thankfully the young are not as affected as previously thought. I would hate to think that our young people who have hardly had a chance to live a full life could be threatened.

Is it right the elderly are affected?? Well it is what it is and my own mother stated that if it came between her being tested and her great grandchildren then it must go to the children, and I am of the same agreement. I am not saying that old people should be neglected, but it is the younger people who are working, and our children need to be in school. For now they are not shutting the schools down but my grandson questioned his mother yesterday as to why he has to wear a mask, as nobody else is doing it.

I think my daughter went from nought to sixty in a nanosecond and she has explained that it is to protect him, but what happened to the schools trying to protect the children? I know that it is less and less affecting the children but they take it home to their wider family and unlike my mother I would not be able to see the grandchildren if it spiked due to Mr Points of Sue having a lung condition.

Covid-19 cases are soaring among middle-aged people in England and have risen by upwards of 90 per cent in a fortnight as the outbreak continues to grow, official figures show. Public Health England (PHE) data reveals 23.4 cases are now diagnosed for every 100,000 people aged between 40 and 49 — up from 12.4 at the end of August and coronavirus infection rates have nearly doubled in just a week for people in their fifties, jumping from 10.9 to 20.

The most up-to-date PHE data, which was released on Friday, clearly shows cases are increasing across every age group. People in their twenties — who aren’t as vulnerable to the disease and are likely to escape death or serious illness — are driving the spike with an infection rate of 46, which has doubled in three weeks. Fears of a second wave are growing as the number of Britons being diagnosed with Covid-19 each day has topped 3,000 for the first time since May. Ministers have also been spooked by spiralling outbreaks Europe and rising hospital admissions on the continent.

Hospital admissions — another way of measuring the severity of the pandemic — have doubled in England over the past nine days. More than 150 newly-infected patients required NHS treatment on Sunday, up from a rolling seven-day average of 52 on the last day of August.  (Daily Mail)

I don’t think it is helpful to lay the blame at any one generation as each and every snippet comes out, as this is a virus and young people are doing what young people do….socialising and I think it is harder for them to understand than most. After all, we were all young once and you lived for the partying at weekend and too take it away from them is draconian.

The Government has to stop dithering and come out with a solution. Yes it might be unpopular to lock a certain generation down and I include myself in that, but if it helps to slow down the spread of the virus this can only be a good thing but until Boris gets rid of the incompetent clowns running the NHS and the testing and tracking service we are going to lose faith in his ability bit by bit each day. After all, he has actual Doctors on his back bench and I am sure they can advise him and do the job as it is more than obvious that Hancock and Harding cannot.

Great use for former Army barracks…

The Government has decided to start using former Army barracks to house illegal immigrants who are claiming sanctuary from those very safe countries they have journeyed from.

Around 400 people including families, believed to have crossed the Channel in small boats, are to be housed in temporary accommodation at Napier Barracks in Folkestone, Kent, from next week

There have been calls far and wide to lock these people up when they arrive. They are not arriving from a war zone but from a very safe country and they are not here because of fear but because they want a house, money and everything else they can get free and not work for. Do these people honestly think they can do this without us kicking off as I for one am sick of these people just tipping up. We have our own people that need help and these economic migrants need to go right down to the bottom of the list as they don’t need help if they have come from Europe.

The first thing I would do is clear out the barracks so it is not cosy. They just need a bed and food 3 times a day. This day and age we can often get someone’s ID checked within minutes, and those who deliberately throw away any identification should be returned within 24 hours.

Those who are applying need to be given 7 days only to explain why they have left a safe zone and if not applicable then returned you go. I don’t see why we should have to pay for these people.

Our country is changing so fast and it is not for the good either. Our customs and way of life is changing for people who just want to turn our beautiful country in the place they have just left. They are not grateful, not really and it is an insult to those law abiding citizens who have applied for residency legally. The legal residents are more than welcome as they have done it the right way.

There are enough barracks available to house them. Get them out of hotels and the 4* luxury they are living in because how much do you want to bet they have rung their mates and had a great old time telling them all the freebies they get…and what will the result be….more of them on their way here, and it needs to be stopped now.

Round them up, put them in a former army camp because hey if its good enough for soldiers then it is more than good enough for economic illegal migrants. They must not be given anything more than their basic needs and certainly no money for spends. 3 meals a day, a bed and that is it.

If the Home Secretary can do that and turn these people around with 7 days just imagine what a darling she would be of Tory voters, because I am sick to death of reading how Veterans are dying on the streets because the council won’t house them, yet they are bending over backwards for these people who have in effect just come here to scam us for a free life.

How many times have you read of young children and families having to live in a B&B because there are no houses available, but up pops these illegals and the door to a new home is thrown open to them. It is not right and it is not fair.

When we have tackled our own housing issues and problems in society and we have help left over then certainly help them with money in the place they live, but do not make it so easy to come here and then make it the land of milk, honey and freebies as they will not stop coming and they will never go.

It has gone on for too long and needs to stop. 24 hours if you ditch your ID and return, 7 days if you can’t prove why you have left a safe country and then return. If we make it too hard then they won’t come. Simple and it is a win, win for us as we can take more in legally and help them and solve societies problems too.

Must be good if the bad guys hate it.

Well it didn’t take long for the nut jobs in the Iranian State to threaten those countries who have signed a deal with Israel.

The UAE and Bahrain have recognised the state of Israel and this can only be a good thing as it offers more stability in the Middle East, but there is always one rogue state that hates it and is any one really surprised that it is Iran? I am not as they hate everything and they are the security threat in the Middle East and need to be dealt with.

It must be awful to be them as they are permanently offended at being permanently offended everyday. Do they never lighten up??

Donald Trump hailed the deal as 'a new dawn in the Middle East' as it was signed in Washington, saying he believed more Arab states would sign up soon

This is a great deal brokered by the President of the United States, and I am a little disappointed that the main stream news media didn’t really pick it up. If it had been Obama they would have plastered it for months all over the news but their hatred of Donald prevents them from doing something for once in their lives, and one that shows impartial journalism but they can’t because like the Iranians, if it doesn’t suit them they don’t like it.

I don’t know what Iran is threatening but it will be the usual terrorist threats, the lobbing of missiles over the boarder or blowing up what they can get their hands on and if they do then there needs to be consequences, and that is where the friendship pact comes in and they must come to defend each other against this rogue state.

There is talk of the Saudis next and I hope so as people are weary of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, and it is only by recognising each other and putting certain conditions on that friendship that will result in a benefit for the people of Palestine. however, the people of Palestine need to stop hurling missiles at Israel and actually sit down and talk to them as with other Muslims now signing up to this deal then surely there is a chance at peace, and one they must grasp to stop the building of the illegal settlements. Any chance at peace must be gripped with both hands.

The deal states that the UAE and Bahrain officially acknowledge the existence of the Jewish state, and will establish diplomatic and economic ties with it. The deal breaks with decades of consensus among Arab nations that a peace deal between Israel and Palestine is a precursor to further peace deals in the region. Egypt and Jordan are the only other Arab states to officially recognise Israel.  Palestinians oppose the deal, fearing that it will prompt Israel to abandon the peace process and with it their hopes of establishing an independent Palestinian state. (Daily Mail)

I feel that the Palestinians have gotten the wrong end of the stick and must push for help through this contract as surely they owe to all those young people to give them some stability, or there will be more and more wasted deaths and it really is preventable.
