Buying a new pair of walking boots is exciting.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not a super duper fitness person but rather someone who only gets support from a good pair of boots.
I can remember the thrill of going clothes shopping and all those gorgeous bright colours, and the heels that would now cripple me
One of the downsides of having to learn to walk again following an RTA, is that you don’t get much of choice and it is now comfort over style, but the walking boots are now coming in the same colours as my craghopper tops…..problem is Mr Points of Sue is getting them for my birthday….so not the 3 or 4 pairs I was hoping for….still can always get my daughter to sneak me back….might be disabled but not looking on the dark side…..
Off to Decathlon….
