Having purchased these apps, I can tell you they are fantastic to use, understand and excellent at calorie counting, and the walking app tells me distance, time, steps and calories….all easy to use.

It allows me my daily allowance which is input into a diary, and what I don’t use it converts it into what my loss could be if I stuck to that calorific intake.

I am 37lbs lighter to-date and if anyone wants any hints…let me know but here is to the next 37…
