Diet and Exercise

Since having a heart scare on the 7th May 2019, I have been taking time out to look at what I eat and how big a portion I eat.  Re-evaluation of this has led me to losing 21lbs todate and I invested in a good exercise bike.

15 minutes a day is all that is needed, and do you know I feel better, my arthritis does not ache as much and I just feel a lot healthier all round.  Note to self, keep losing the weight…it is good for you.
