I was visiting my youngest son yesterday, a rare day out for both Dad and I….and the phone never stopped The conversation entailed…remember the days when we were out? Our parents didn’t know where we were, but we would be home for tea and no phones. Now as the parent….I am asked WHERE I AMContinue reading “The curse of technology”

Working with Carers
I was very privileged to train those wonderful people who work with Alzheimer’s and Dementia residents. It never ceases to amaze me how patient, caring and diligent they were, and shame on those employees who put profit first, over paying the carers their worth. I am going to write a paper on the invisible generation,Continue reading “Working with Carers”
Youngest Alzheimer’s sufferer.
Britain’s youngest Alzheimer’s suffer on life with the illness https://mol.im/a/6992997 via http://dailym.ai/android Daniel Bradbury is Britain’s youngest person to be diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. This is so terribly sad and our government should help financially to the research, the medical and domestic help, to try and help the future Daniel’s. God bless you and your familyContinue reading “Youngest Alzheimer’s sufferer.”

Conservative losses are not labour gains ..
Wish someone would ask Mr Corbyn why his party has not picked up all the conservative losses???
People’s Choice – Fastly becoming an annoying comment.
When will the remainers STOP with the cry of “people’s vote”…..I am person, you are a person….there are lots of persons which make them people ….tell me if I am wrong but we HAVE ALREADY HAD THE PEOPLE’S VOTE, and OUT WON! It makes my blood boil with that comment.

Lies, lies and damn politicians
Is there a secret learning place that politicians have attended that we know nothing about? One where they learn spinning and lying to the nth degree…. As every word out of their mouth is spin and lies. The few exceptions being Sir Bill Cash, Jacob Rees Mogg and Dennis Skinner (the beast of Bolsover). IContinue reading “Lies, lies and damn politicians”
The biggest political losers
Surely this must be labour, as they have failed to pick up unhappy Tory votes. Wait for the thick skins to come out saying the other side had worse, and try to spin it Let’s just face it…Corbyn and McDonnell are not fit for the opposition, never mind No 10.
Not much of a political choice….
I am not sure why the lib Dems are celebrating…..some of the choices were Conservatives, Labour or Lib Dem…..not much choice when you want to protest. Myself, personally I would have walked as none of them are fit to govern.
Feeding birds in my garden
Watching my garden this morning whilst having breakfast, I saw a true joy and it was so simple…..I watched finches feeding from my bird table It was beautiful and uplifting ….
Noble Gesture
I have today found that rare thing in anybody playing a role in politics…a noble gesture. Sally Bate was standing as an MEP for the BREXIT party for the North West, but could not bring herself to stand with somebody refusing to condemn terrorism. Rather than think of political ambition, she felt for the parentsContinue reading “Noble Gesture”
One Politicians Bad Choice Stance
Brexit Party MEP candidate is blasted for defending IRA bombers https://mol.im/a/6977695 via http://dailym.ai/android I make no bones of the fact I am a former soldier, and can remember the joy I felt when I took the Queen’s Shilling. The uniform I wore with pride and I was the 5th sibling, only girl of my immediateContinue reading “One Politicians Bad Choice Stance”
